Returns & Cancellations

Custom Prints

As per consumer law, customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

Non-Custom Prints

• You may cancel and return non-custom items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty and Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty:

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• Provide a clear photo of the issue and your order details.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
